Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect are event legendaries, so you can't get them without events or hacking.
Vullaby and Mandibuzz (I'm guessing you have White) you'll have to trade for.
I would help you out but my new wifi doesn't work with the DS because it's WPA2 instead of WEP.
Question: Do 3DSes support WPA2?
