I actually also like Mushroom Gorge, so that was only part of the reason.  The ending of that was super tense though, and technically you should have won. (For anyone but us: it went like this: - zm123bro gets triple-red shells in 1st - I am close behind with triple-shrooms but am afraid of overtaking due to the triple-reds - I take the grass shortcut (it was 100cc so I couldn't do the gap jump) and overtake zm123bro - zm123bro shoots a red shell but gets lagged and the shell goes right through me - zm123bro shoots the other 2 shells, but I use the 2 remaining shrooms and finish before the shells can get to me) GG. |

I was wondering why the first shell didn't hit you. The only explanation I could think of is you cut real close to the corner and used wheelies and drifting to get ahead of me and block my shell with your banana.

That would be 12:30 in my time zone... How about 1 hour before that... How about 11AM Pacific time? I can't at 8:30AM... time. I can till 7:30AM and from 11AM to 2PM. (all pacific time)
