1. Only bring him back if he wants to come back. Tell him that I removed his job but he can reearn it.
2. (Apart from being able to advertise, duh...) Have accounts on lots of forums and/or be able to make cool-looking banners or pictures for the forum.

Of course it's possible to make MKDS designs. They're just like MKW but for MKDS.
